Work With Jas

“Jasmine is a guide, yes. But she’s also an artist of space, an alchemist of emotion, and a vessel of deep, sacred love. You feel it in everything she does. In her voice, her rituals, and in her silence. And of course, in the way she signs her work: “a soul who loves deeply.” That is not a tagline - it’s the truth she embodies. She loves deeply. She mentors deeply. And because of that, she helps others ( like me) rediscover how to do the same for themselves.”

I loved doing the 10-day Soul Spoken sessions with you. They gave me the space to open up and connect with myself in a different way. While writing has always helped me process my thoughts and emotions, speaking them out loud brought a different kind of healing and clarity.

I would recommend this experience to anyone who is ready to be honest with themselves and their soul. Thank you for creating such a safe and supportive space.

There will never be enough ways to thank you for walking with me these last 10 days. I felt so broken before this journey. The Universe brought me to your page at a time I was at my lowest. You helped me connect to my emotions and express them in a way where I felt a true release. I believe you were put in this space to help so many people. Thank you for sharing your true self with others. You are a blessing!

“Jas has a "rare heart" that flows like a river.

And in turn she gives others the courage to open their hearts. I came into this because her videos were like watching a mirror image of me. I connected instantly with her and knew that I needed this, I needed a soul who loves deeply. Nothing in particular, just that I needed it. There were some things that were deep down and forgotten and I was able to face them without fear. Sort of like shaking the dust off to see the real picture. When you see vulnerability, it gives you the strength to be vulnerable. Take a call from her and see if this is something for you. I am sure it will be well worth it.”

“Each session was like stepping into a sanctuary. A space where you didn’t have to preform or prove. Jasmine invited me to come as I was, in whatever state I was in, and each time, she met me with compassion, curiosity, and care. Her questions didnt demand answers, they invited truth. her reflections felt like a I pro held up to my soul, lovingly reminding me of what I’ve forgotten about myself.”

“If you’re seeking mentorship that is poetic, personal, powerful, and rooted in heart - Jasmine is it. Her presence is a gift. Her work is a blessing. And this experience has been on the most beautiful investments I’ve ever made in myself.

Signed,

A soul forever changed, and deeply grateful”

“My week with Jas was absolutely eye-opening, emotional, freeing, and centering. I've been journaling for a long time, but the process of free-flow, emotion-led expression was something different and an entire new approach of honoring your feelings completely, without judgement. I know I have a long way to go and my journey of healing is on the move, but I feel so much closer to myself and what I know is right for my well-being and what I need todo moving forward. Thank you, Jasmine, for holding my story and my feelings so gently but also firmly in a safe place, you are a pure and beautiful soul.”

“From the moment we connected, Jasmine offered me more than just guidance - she offered presence. The kind of presence that holds you in stillness, that listens not only to your words. but to the pauses, the hesitations, the unspoken ache behind them. She creates space where healing doesn’t have to be loud or linear - it can be soft, creative, embodied, and deeply, deeply honest. “

“She never rushed me. She never tried to “fix” me. Instead, she walked beside me - gently, soulfully, fully human. And that alone was healing.”

“Some things definitely came up that I didn't expect. It's tough, but I get that this is part of moving forward. I'm grateful you're here to help me walk through it, not fix it for me.”

-Former Client

“If you’re searching for something within, need to process something in your life, or just a chance to unplug from the world, I recommend this mentorship program! Jas has wonderful and insightful guidance throughout the week, so I highly suggest giving her updates. If you’re unsure not sure how to start your week, I recommend asking her. I believe she truly shines in her guidance when she helps navigate you deeper with different ideas and perspectives. The way she chooses her words with such tenderness and care evoke a smoother process for you to explore areas of your mind without fear.”

“This isn't an easy journey to walk it's triggering it's heavy it's scary you might want to give up.

But my god, is it worth it when you reach the finish line. So just do it afraid and I promise you'll come out better for it.”

“First and foremost, this was an amazing experience as someone who has never really talked to a therapist or specialist. Day one with you, I opened up and got emotional as it felt good to be able to speak to someone who didn’t know me or what Ive been through. It was also tears of joy as it felt good to know someone is listening and not judging me. Your guide was well put together and I did love how you would still check up on me even if I didn’t reach out. To me, that shows you cared and were really invested into this program to see what it was doing for us. I really loved it. Keep doing what you’re doing Jas. As I said before, I could give you a HUGE hug for this experience. Thank you so much!!!”

“You really know how to connect with people and what you're doing is not an easy task, but you make it feel easier and comfortable for us going through these journeys. I pray and hope that God continues to bless you and gives you all the love and peace that you deserve. I know you have your own journey as well and | pray that God gives you the strength and wisdom to always keep going and heal all wounds. Thank you for helping me and being a part of my journey. Que Dios te bendiga siempre.”

“For me this program/journey has definitely helped me begin the healing process. Like you said, this one week would not completely heal me and that is not what I expected, but it has helped me get to a starting point to move forward. What really helps a ton is having you as a guide when I was unsure of something and felt stuck. Hearing from your experience and perspective helped me see my situation differently, it did get "messy" like you had mentioned because many triggers and wounds did come up for me that I realized need healing and are currently a work in progress.”

“I 100% plan to continue using the weekly schedule”

“Jasmine the only thing I can recommend is to never change. Truly I think I can speak on behalf of all your clients and if not then for myself, but you are an amazing human being and l am very grateful I "met" you through my typ on Tiktok lol. You have helped me begin my journey and have guided me to get to the light at the end of the tunnel which I cannot wait to get there and I am sure you have helped so many other people.”
